"Wow do not hesitate in purchasing this machine, it's been admired from everyone that has been in my home, the large opening of the door is great, the LCD screen has you watching for ages, its super quiet, if there is one thing that is a little neggative is that the signal to tell you load has finished could be louder. this machine is a beauty and I am so happy with it."

Cons: instructions/ guidlines
"This machine far outstrips my previous washing machine. Which was an LG direct Drive as well. As with most appliances these day the instructions are important but just this once where a little bit less than i would of liked. But as with all things it was great to play around with it to find out how it ticked. And the little nice touch of music makes for a talking point"

"LOVELY QUIET MACHINE EASY TO USE WE HAVE DOG SO LARGE DRUM IS VERY USEFULFOUND IT VERY HARD TO LEVEL YOU CANNOT ADJUST THE REAR ADJUSTERS WHEN YOUVE PUT IT IN PLACE UNDER THE WORK TOP MOST MONEY I HAVE EVER PAID FOR A WASHING MACHINE BUT I THINK IT WILL BE WORTH IT"

Pros: intensive and steam wash, 9kg drum size
"The wash programmes have been well thought through, it has so many programmes as standard you don't have to keep pressing buttons to 'add on' . Express wash has options for intense cleaning which is brilliant. My previous machine was an LG which I had for 8yrs used constantly without trouble or repair. I'm staying with LG, it has excellent washing capabilities & is quality build. Worth every penny and more!"

"Great, feature packed washing machine with large wash load. Even though the LG looks a bit space age it was easy to operate. Only downside is the time it takes for each wash cycle, its just too long. You could easily do two 6kg loads in the old washing machine in the same time it takes the LG to do one 9kg load. But the wash is very good and clothes generally come out drier then previously so cant complain."
