"I bought this fridge/freezer in Dec 2008. Just after 2 yrs it broke, and as it was just out of its 2 year warranty i was told i would have to pay £300 to get the Compressor and fan replaced. I would never buy another fridge/freezer from Samsung and would not recommend one to anyone either. I did a search online regarding the samsung side to side american freezers and there are alot of complaints. If you do decide to buy this fridge make sure you get the extended warranty too, as you will need it."

"cheapest I could find - and delivery great, arrived on time - had to take the doors off but no fuss and the guys left it up and running for me.
Had a mains fed American FF before but water/Ice always tasted yuck so this way with the water filter is much better. Very happy Customer"

"This is a great fridge, as a family with two young children who eat loads I can finally fit the food in without piling it on top of each other! Great salad drawers and it is easy to find food in the freezer dept. Whilst the fridge is fantastic and a great price from Lasky's I was dissappointed with the delivery service, it did come on time but I paid for my old fridge to be taken away and it wasn't on the paperwork for the delivery men, even though I had my copy they would not take it. Also the fridge was damaged on delivery. Laskys were good in that they were going to replace the whole fridge and we rearranged for the old fridge to be taken on the second delivery. When the new fridge arrived the delivery men only had instructions to drop off the new fridge which meant I would be left with 2 American style fridges (even though it was an exchange) and my old fridge, I refused to take delivery, I have a large kitchen but not that big! It has all now been sorted in that I am having a new handle fitted to replace the damaged one as I write this, I still have my old fridge to dispose of but have been refunded my fee. I have also had a discount off the original price of the fridge for the inconvenience. My advice would be double and triple check with Lasky's if you are having an old appliance taken away that the delivery men have all the appropriate paperwork, I would even get the contact details of the delivery company and check prior to delivery that they have the information on their paperwork!!"

"I priced one of these up at Currys and Laskeys was so much cheaper. This fridge/freezer is great if you cannot get a water supply to the area the unit is sited.
Nice machine, we are pleased"
