Pros: Inexpensive, free postage - often expensive for remote islands.
"Excellent price.
Easily set up with the wireless function for our laptop which we regularly use in addition to the desktop. The desktop has the printer next to it and is connected by the USB cable.
So far we are very pleased with performance: Photo printing on good quality paper is very good and printing is of a high standard
Note - we also recently bought the cheaper model for a retired neighbour (at a similarly great price from Laskys!) We had problems setting that machine up that required us to contact the manufacturer. HP customer care were excellent and very quickly replaced the faulty model. The replacement worked fine.
We are hugely impressed by both Laskys and the manufacturer HP on this occasion!"

"I did a lot of homework before buying this printer at a great price I might add. My main requirement was bluetooth connectivity. The HP works perfectly well on my new Acer laptop and I am very pleased with the results. It was overkill on my part but the price was right."

Cons: scanner flap won't accommodate thick documents., hp s/w and add-ons that are not entirely needed., cost of replacement inks (so shop around).
"Bought all-in-one primarily for my son (studying A level art), who needed scanning function in addition to printing.
Did some on-line research and found this device to be a good compromise between cost and specification. Shopped around and found a wide range in prices, of which Laskeys offered the best deal.
Made the setup using the wireless interface and found this straightforward, since when have found the device to be easy to use and the touchpad to be particularly pleasing.
So far have not used for photo printing and am unlikely to do much of this, but everything else is working fine."

"Set-up is quite a long process for this machine, but the printing performance is excellent, both fast and accurate. It's not as noisy as previous ALL-IN-1s that I've used. The paper spill problem mentioned by another reviewer can be avoided by pulling out the sliding paper stop on the delivery tray.
Laskys had the best Internet dealer price by far for this particular model when I bought it August, and delivery was quick too. Good value for the money."

"This is an excellent printer at an unbeatable price - much lower than Amazon etc.
However I found it more difficult than I would have expected to set it up as a network printer. The problem probably lay at my end, with anti-virus software (Norton 360) seeing my new printer as a potential Russian spy and disabling all attempts to attach it to the network via an ethernet cable. It took me about a day to get things working properly, but the photo prints it now produces were worth the effort."

"I'm probably biased as my previous printer was 5 years old and technology has improved, but documents and photos I've printed have all been great - much better.
Also my first wireless printer and can't believe how much easier life is :-)
Its pricey but probably good value. Haven't bought new cartridges yet!
Tiny thing to think about with wireless printing. I've got the printer on a cupboard with nothing in front of it and paper sometimes shoots out onto the floor. If its on a desk or somewhere with flat space in front this would be less of an issue."

"I found this printer easy to set up and then instal onto my pc. The instructions were precise and simple to follow. Overall performance is excellent once you have learned the basics of paper selection etc (you have to get the size correct for it to print (older printers would just print on anything in the tray). Photos are excellent. I am really happy with this all in one from HP"

"the scanner is a pain have had to reinstall software several times because it wont scan wirelessly.i finally got it running sweetly and then this

"Very easy to set up and the wireless capability means flexibility in where it can be placed. I'm really pleased with the speed of printing, quality of print and the features available. My last printer was an Epsom four years ago and this is a huge improvement. I've also got back cupboard space where emy scanner sat and more room on my desk as my printer sits on a bookcase further into the room."

"I don't use wireless.
Plugged USB into back of printer (Pixie from Hampshire needs to go to Specksavers!), went through short set-up and was up and running.
Fantastic printing and photos. Even better at the price from Laskeys.
Used the original black cartridge very quickly."

"My previous printer was HP which gave me years of solid service in my home office. I only replaced it because of getting a new system on my computer which was not compatible.
It's early days with this model but, for a non-techie like me, it has been a doddle to set up and use with the added bonus of being wireless-enabled so family around the house can pinch my ink. I use it simply plugged in to my computer (previous review about it only being wireless is completely wrong!)
It took me a lot of research before I opted for this model - well worth the wait and I look forward to a long. happy working relationship.
The Laskys price and service was also exceptional Thanks"

"this is exactly what i needed a printer centrally located in the home not tucked away in a dusty hot corner, all thanks to the wireless capability. the build quality of the HP premium is exactly what i am after and the speed that it prints is a lot faster than my old epsom.the last reviewer obviously didnt read the hand book because you can have it fixed wired aswell as wireless. and they sold it in 24hrs again a very quick selling item bacause its good quality with no bad points to mention. the set up was very easy as the menu screen on the display gives little video's of how to do everything. this item sells for over twice the price i paid in PC World two hundred pounds.199 to be exact."

Pros: Durable, beautiful build quality
Cons: can only really be used with a wireless network
"I sold mine on in 24hrs because it's useless unless you already have a wireless network set up to run it from. I don't and couldn't find the hole to stick the cable in!
The build quality is great though, but I never got to see the print quality, although the direct interface is really easy to use. Neither the web site nor the manual was any help in my situation."
