Pros: pleasing interior

"I am very pleased with the fridge freezer itself, which I find spacious and has good storage facilities.
The interior is well lit and pleasing on the eye, as well as keeping the food cool.
I have found the freezer drawers easy to move, which is not always the case with many freezers.
However, the instructions are not all that they should be. For a start, they have obviously not been thoroughly proof read. There are some expressions clearly written by someone whose English is not perfect.
They are not as helpful as they should be either. As someone else has mentioned, the door change instructions could be improved. By the way, you may find it helpful to know that the door is delivered with its handle on the left. Also, I could not find any mention of the extra bit of plastic, which I deduced was to fit below the freezer door, to hide the wheels. It took me a while to fathom this out and then to actually screw it on. I still haven't managed to get it to fit perfectly.
Registering the product was not easy either. I tried to do it online but it required me to register myself first. This I did, apparently successfully, but it kept coming back to the same page, as if it was asking me to correct something. There was no message, so I was stuck there. I could not move on, to register the product.
I tried several times in Internet Explorer 8 and then moved on to Firefox 3.6.6, all with the same result.
I eventually gave up and registered by post.
In summary, a good product spoilt by its instructions and Samsung's imperfect web site."

"I would like to praise this company for it's excellent customer service.
Not only is this product £300 cheaper than comet and currys but the quality of the service is of a very high standard compared to other high street companies.
The delivery drivers rang 30min prior to delivery and not only were they on time but they asked if we would like the packaging removed and placed the product exactly where we required it.

The product it self is very stylish and has a large fridge area and freezer is the right size for a family of 3.
We will definately be buying from this site again and have recommended to friends and family."

"I bought the fridge/freezer from Laskys at a great price as my old one was on it's way out. bought this product which looks great, temperature control is very easy to use & keeps everything fresher for longer (i can now have an ice cold lager at the weekends) and the fridge light is very bright (perfect for raiding the fridge for supper!)

"good fridge brought it from laskeys and it was dented it wasnt there fault it must of been done in the factory becase the box had no marks on it. laskeys were great swapped it with no problems would use them again and again good service and good prices 5 star service"

"This is an excellent fridge/freezer. It looks great - everyone who sees it for the first time is impressed. It is certainly eye catching. Not only that but it does a great job and although others have said it is a bit noisy, we certainly do not think so. I would happily recommend this product at this price."

Cons: reversing doors takes lots of time, poor diy instructions for reversing doors
