"This was so easy to install and set up, instructions are user friendly, if you want true dolby digital sound use an spdif-optical cable for sound from sky or virgin set top box. This BD player is 3D ready, just need to download a software update, this can connect to internet using an ethernet cable, I have mine linked to my home network and can stream photos, music, and most types of movies from my pc to my tv through this player. Sound is superb, picture quality is clear and crisp. The menu is easy to navigate. As for the price, it can't be beaten everywhere else is selling this for just under £500. True bargain, and brand new."

"..but not being a "technical geek"i purchased a 5.1 panasonic system and at a later date a sony bluray player/all to connect to a hd bravia Tv and a sony HD recorder.....wonderful...until the inconvenience of the extra remote and the lacking system compatibility i.e:contol of TV and Sound/Bluray became an irritation(bearing in mind that connections to achieve this need to be by HDMI leads ,the TV only has 2 hdmi sockets),thus the panasonic was on a Scart connection.in addition, this made 3 individual units with the combined bulk that represented,yes the sound was ok,but not what it should be,due to it being on a scart lead.
so ,now the BDVE370CEK...SUPERB...one less unit..one less remote,as TV and Bluray/cinema surround sound can be controlled with ONE ,HD sound and all is as it should be !-and LASKEYS,well,what can i say...best price £348.99- (others ranged from£499.95 to£502.950 )--best customer service and prompt FREE delivery !!!
the lesson here is : research,salient technical advice and whenever possible, use"same manufacturers"components"!!"

"After a lot of 'research' on the net and various shops, I'm not a technical person (just hit 65), I decided on this model. Managed to set it up myself and bought the wireless dongle and can access the internet via the blu ray. The little speakers, which look larger in the photo, are very discreet and 'sound' a lot bigger!! I've even got one on the window sill behind the curtain! The system menu to set up the equipment was easy to follow. Laskys delivered within 3 days and were a good £50 to £80 cheaper than other suppliers I looked at."

"At a price you would expect to pay for a mid range 3D player why not treat yourself to one that will give you a full surround sound as well.This is a quality product at a great price,easy to set up and easy to use.The sound quality at low levels are excellent and when you turn up to full volume there is no distortion what so ever.A quality product at a great price from Laskey's."

"I had a similar cinema system - a standard DVD 5.1 sony and this was excellent.

But this new product looks better and sounds better with lots of good features. Nice speakers and good quality SUB, doesn't pump too much bass, but enough when you want it to do, which is good, as my old SONY sub was too loud even when set to low.

Obviously Lasky's were selling this for at least £100 less than anywhere else which was a bargain."
